Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms and Conditions

  • These terms and conditions apply to all devices purchased from SUNNYES WWEX SL, registered in Spain and shipping throughout Europe.
  • All devices are custom-made according to the customer’s specifications and sent to the specified address within the European Union.
  • These terms and conditions comply with Spanish law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

2. Return and Exchange Period

  • The customer has the right to return or exchange the devices within 14 days of receipt of the goods, only in the event of a manufacturing defect.
  • As the devices are customised to meet individual customer requirements, it is not possible to return or exchange the devices without giving reasons.
  • If a defect or non-compliance with specifications is found, the purchaser must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the devices.

3. Conditions of Return in Case of Defect

  • The device must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and instructions intact.
  • The customer must provide photo or video evidence of the defect for preliminary review.
  • If the defect is confirmed, SUNNYES WWEX SL will assume the return shipping costs.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the unit, the customer will be offered one of the following options:
    1. Free repair of the defective device.
    2. Replacement with a similar unit (if available).
    3. A refund if the repair or replacement is carried out.

4. Warranty

  • All devices are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of receipt by the purchaser.
  • During the warranty period, SUNNYES WWEX SL will repair or replace the devices free of charge in the event of a manufacturing defect.
  • The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, mechanical damage, violation of storage conditions or self-repair.
  • For any warranty repairs or replacements, the customer must contact our support team via the provided contact information and provide proof of the defect.

5. Exclusions

  • Refunds or exchanges are not available for devices that were manufactured according to customer specifications and are free from defects.
  • The warranty does not cover consumables and accessories that have natural wear and tear from use.

6. Return or Exchange Procedure

  • In order to make a return or exchange, the customer must contact us by e-mail at info@phoenix-beauty.center or by the telephone number specified in the contract.
  • The customer must provide the order number, receipt, and photo/video evidence of the fault.
  • Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was used.
